Kia ora koutou, I’m Cintia and I completed my ECE teaching degree in Argentina before immigrating to New Zealand. I’ve lived in Mount Maunganui for the past ten years and I’ve worked as a reliever teacher in various centres around the area. More recently I went back to University to study Social Sciences and completed a double major in Psychology and Human Development, focusing on children and the early years as they continue to motivate my learning. I am passionate about working in Early Childhood and the learning that occurs every day. I am committed to providing caring and meaningful experiences that can support a happy development and well being. I speak both English and Spanish and I have recently begun learning te reo Māori. My background in dancing helps me work with children's active expression and movement. I'm also very interested in the visual arts and finding means of expression that respond to every child's needs. I believe every child and whānau bring a valuable contribution to our community and I feel very privileged I get to share this special time with them. The Bloom family has been wonderfully welcoming and I am thrilled to join them in this incredibly special place.
